I started making fudge as gifts for family and friends and from this my business has grown. From twelve original flavours of fudge I now have thirty different flavours, on sale as well as the new introduction Wedding Favours.
Over the past two years I have become a regular producer selling my home made fudge at the once monthly Dulverton Farmers Market, held the last Saturday of the month April through to September. Not to mention many other markets, fairs and shows in and around Somerset.
I am also a member of Exmoor Live, local producers on and around the edge of Exmoor, we have a marquee at Dunster show where we all gather to show the public what local Exmoor producers have to offer.
Not only do I make the fudge but I also make the meringues that go into the Lemon Meringue Fudge and Eaton Mess Fudge, the Salted Caramel Sauce, the Honeycomb and the Crumble that goes into the Apple and Cinnamon Crumble Fudge.
Each individual bag of fudge I make is lovingly made using only the best and natural ingredients. It has a short shelf life of six weeks, as I do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives. This means that each bag that you order has been made just for you and only you.
